If the user was deactivated temporarily- you can activate user by following these steps:
Settings > Users Management
Inactive users are listed at the end and blurred (grey).
Navigate the cursor in the middle of the circle and click Activate user.
4. After you will be redirected to payment window > click Pay and send invitation
