Send emails to your Leads, People, Companies, and Deals straight from your Teamgate account!

As well as, you may use pre-defined email templates to send email campaigns, follow-ups and various updates about your product to your customers. This functionality will definitely help those users, who are repeatedly sending the same information to their customers because it allows saving time instead of typing the same text again and again.

There are several ways to send email templates to Leads, People, Companies and Deals:

1.1. Open Leads, People or Companies list > click on email address > click "Send email".

1.2. Click "Choose a template" and select the template from the drop-down menu.

1.3. Edit the subject line, email address, and the email content if needed.

1.4. Click "Send".

2.1. Open Leads, People or Companies card > click on email address > click "Send email" 

2.2. Alternatively,  use the dedicated button on top of the action list. 

2.3. Select the template from the drop-down menu.

2.4. Edit the subject line, email address, and the email content if needed.

2.5. Click "Send".

3. Send emails straight from the Pipeline view:

3.1.  Open Sales Pipeline and click on the button indicating the last action / on the planned action button > select "Send email".

3.2. Select the template from the drop-down menu.

3.3. Edit the subject line, email address, and the email content if needed.

3.4. Click "Send".
