Use tags to classify and group your leads, deals and contacts

1. What is a tag?

A tag is a keyword or categorizing term that can be attached to a Lead, Contact, Deal or files. Use tags to classify and group your accounts and contacts. Any user can add tags to an entity, and administrators can manage all tags. Accounts and contacts modules have filters which will be able to filter your clients according to selected tags.

The main Tags filter can be found on the top side of the main Leads, Contacts, and Deals pages.

Tags can also be used to filter your Reports. Simply select the Report that you'd like to see, then select the relevant Tag.

2. How to create a tag?

2.1. Navigate to Settings > Customization > Tags

2.2. Select "All" or "Files tag"

2.3. Click +Add new on right top corner

2.4. Name your tag

2.5. Click save
