1. People and companies

You will find two contact sections in Teamgate: People and Companies. Each section holds a different type of contacts, and both are related as well. Companies hold all business information, like company name and all information about it. People hold individual's personal information, relations, titles and much more.

It’s quite easy to add new company or person. All you need to do, just click “New”. Make sure you are not duplicating a contact, and if you will, we show you that immediately.

2. Contact card

Each contact has its own card, containing everything related to it, including notes, emails, calls, and tasks, upcoming events, history and much more. When lead fits with your requirements and becomes qualified, it can be converted to a contact transferring everything related to the contact.

3. Filtering

You can filter your client lists by various criteria such as customer status, owner, country, tags and other.

You can manage columns displayed in Leads, People, Companies, or Deals lists.

Each section has it's own settings button at the top right corner, which lets you enable or remove columns in the selected section.

5. Maps

Each contact that has an address appears on the map. So you can see the real picture of your customer's map or lead traffic direction. You can click on the icon on the map and see the details of that contact or you can go directly to the contact card for more information.
