How to create a new Lead?

You can create a new Lead by following these steps:

  1. Click the "New" button at Teamgate Leads section.

  2. Use the fields at the pop-up window "Create new Lead":

    - Name

    - Company

    - Phone number

    - E-mail address

    Also you can use these additional fields:

    - Job title

    - Address

    - Additional (industry, url and etc.) fields

    - Custom fields

  3. Save your corrections.

Now your new Lead will be created in Teamgate. Please remember: Lead's name or Company name is required fields, you need to fill at least one of these fields. The other fields are optional. We recommend you to fill them all, to use filtering or sorting when you'll need it.

Please note: you can use Teamgate bulk import to create more than one lead at one time. Importing records help you to create new leads by gathering data through various sources, such as purchasing a record database, records from different business units, etc. Please follow this article to get the information how to import your Leads list in Teamgate.
