Want to see your colleague's availability? Wondering whether your colleague is free or able to go with you to the meeting? Or maybe you want to help him with work until he is sick or on vacation? Teamgate calendar is an ideal place for that.
Follow these steps:
Choose which events you want to be showing.
Select displaying period.
Select a colleague, who’s calendar system should display > click add other calendars > Select all or few colleagues. You can see up to 10 people calendars at once.
Remember, that you can always view the availability of the shared objects.
By navigating your mouse cursor on people name you will see only that person's events. Other's events will hide.
