When a user forgets the password of Teamgate account - the password may be restored by the user itself. If the user can't reset their password - another user with permission to change another user password may reset the password. (It is highly recommended to assign permission to change another user password to Admin role only).

It is highly recommended to delegate this option to the administrator of Teamgate account only. The permission may be assigned by following these steps: navigate to Settings > User management > Roles and Permissions > select the role > under Settings tab > click User management > tick Change other user passwords > Save.
2. How to reset a password for another user?
If the user cannot reset the password by himself/herself, the system admin may reset the password by following these steps: navigate to Settings > User management > select the user and click on the user name > click Reset password > copy the automatically-generated password or insert your own password > click Change.
