Goals are important because they act as a forcing system that can get your team ahead. First, it is clear what is actually expected to achieve, and second - it allows you to track the progress towards achieving your goals.

Note: goals must be set in order for the system to calculate statistical results on Dashboard and Insights sections.

1. How to set goals?

Navigate to Insights section> Goal settings and select which type of goals you want to set:

  • Sales Revenue

  • Completed Calls

  • Successful Calls

  • Sent Emails

  • Planned Meetings

  • Completed Meetings

  • Activity Types

You may set goals for a months, weeks and days. By default goals input by moths is enabled. Calendar displays which period is selected.

When you set goals for months- the system will automatically calculate goals for weeks and days.

If you wish to change the date- click on the calendar and select another period of time. As well as, use arrows to move periods in the table.

Enter goals for the user one by one or in bulk. Enter the goal value in the cell, mark it and when you see + drag it to other areas of the table.

2. How to delete the values from the table?

Mark the cells and click "delete" or "backspace" on your keypad.

3. Where to track user progress?

You may track the activity in the dashboard's section "Activity goals vs. Performance this month". As well as in the Insights section.
