Sales pipeline movement report

Sales Pipeline movement is a great way to see all opportunities movement by time range. It is a quick, informative and most important full picture of your sales cycle steps was passed or not at a particular time.

Navigate to Insights Module > Sales Pipeline > Sales Movement

Icon 1- enlarges the graph covering the menu on the left.
Icon 2- shows the graph in black background. To close the window press "Esc" button on your keyboard.
Icon 3- allows you to select particular user or users group, whose results you want to analyze, and select the Sales Pipeline if you are using more than one sales process.
Icon 4- enables the filter. The Sales Pipeline movement Report can be filtered by date range, team member or Sales Pipeline.

Number 1 explains the meaning of the colors in the graph:

Grey color- moved to another stage. During the time selected active deal moved from one stage to other. The light grey color shows how the deal was moving and how long stayed in particular stage. Darker grey color indicates the current stage.

Yellow color- stayed in the same stage. The deal did not change the stage during the time selected and also you can see the time for how long the deal is in the same stage.

Pink color- deals lost. Indicates the deals that were lost during the period selected.

Green color- deals won in the period selected. Indicates deals that were won during the period selected.

Line 2- indicates Sales Pipeline's stages, and percentages show the possibility that the deal can be won in particular stage. You can see the name of the stage by placing the mouse cursor on the section with percent. By clicking particular stage block you will be able to sort out the deals from staying longest to shortest (or conversely) in that stage.

Icon 3- marks deals titles and persons responsible for that deal. By clicking on the deal's title the deal's card will be opened.

LEADS MOVEMENT

Icon 1- explains the meaning of the colors in the graph:
Grey color- new lead or moved to another stage. Indicates that lead was created during the period selected or moved to another stage. Lighter gray shows its movement, darker grey- leads current status.
Yellow color- stayed in the same stage. Lead does not change its status during the time selected.
Green color- the lead was converted during the period selected. Indicates all leads that were converted into a contact.
Line 2- shows lead statuses. You can create as many statuses as you need. By clicking particular status block you will be able to sort out the leads from staying longest to shortest (or conversely) in that stage.
Icon 3- marks leads names and persons responsible for that lead. By clicking on the lead's title the lead's card will be opened.
