Zendesk integration with Teamgate CRM allows your sales team to always see the full information related to your customers in one place! The dedicated bar displays the ticketing history inside the Lead, People and Deals cards. Reviewing recent tickets of your potential customers may provide you with valuable information regarding the areas of interest of your potential client or issues he/she might be facing. Additionally, the information about your Leads, Companies, and Deals may be pulled to your agents' interface in Zendesk.
