Teamgate CRM offers multiple payment methods through our payment provider Stripe.
Payment methods will differ depending on the currency that our customer wishes to utilize, as detailed below.
1. Paying in USD ($)
For customers wishing to pay in USD ($) there are two payment options available: Credit card and Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct debit and credit transfer.
1.1 Credit Card. Cards are a popular way for consumers and businesses to pay online or in person. Teamgate CRM (through Stripe) supports global and local card networks.
1.2 ACH. Teamgate users in the United States can utilize ACH Direct Debit or Credit Transfer payments if they have a US bank account.
2. Paying in Euro (€)
For customers wishing to pay in Euro (€) there are two payment options available: Credit card and Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) direct debit.
2.1 Credit Card. Cards are a popular way for consumers and businesses to pay online or in person. Teamgate CRM (through Stripe) supports global and local card networks.
2.2 SEPA Direct Debit. SEPA is an initiative of the European Union to simplify payments within and across member countries. They established and enforced banking standards to allow for the direct debiting of every EUR-denominated bank account within the SEPA region.
Note: If paying by SEPA, to avoid automatic blocking of this payment method and disruption to your Teamgate service, your bank will require the following details:
