Serious data security
Your data can be stored either in EU (servers are hosted in BlueBridge data centers) or US (servers are hosted in DigitalOcean data centers) servers. DigitalOcean and BlueBridge take both physical and network security seriously ensuring your data is safe. In addition, information that passes between your computer and our servers is encrypted using a technology called SSL which is the same technology that banks use to protect data. Also, we use HTTPS protocol for secure communication over a computer network which is widely used on the Internet.
Access control
No-one has access to your account. You have your own password and as long as you have not told it, anyone - you are safe. And unlike desktop applications, if your computer is lost or stolen your data is still safe and secured.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer by clicking on your avatar > Logout.
You may also choose to share your account data with other applications using an API or access key. You should apply the same assessment to any application or the 3rd party which you grant access to in this way.
Backups
Your data is stored in multiple locations in real time, and in addition, we automatically make a further backup of your data 2 times per day.
One master copy
All your users share access to the one master copy of your data on our secure servers so there's no need to email around spreadsheets or worry about who's got the latest version of a document.
Automatic upgrades
There is no software to install with Teamgate, and because you access it across the web you are always using the latest version.

Teamgate is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux running a recent version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer (V10+) or Safari (V7+). Just choose your favorite browser and you are ready to go.
Can I access my data regularly?
We aim to make Teamgate available 24/7 and you can securely access your data at a time and place convenient to you through a PC, Mac, or your mobile phone. We also provide the ability to export your contacts to CSV.
