2. How to view Won/Lost report?

“Won/ Lost” sales report shows the evolution of your sales results and sales conversion in the period selected; how many opportunities you lose and what is their value. Columns indicate won, lost and open count or value per month. The green and yellow curves present win ratio for value and count by percents.

The bottom part of the report will help you to analyse the total number of opportunities you had, how many of them you won and if the winning ratio is growing. One more great insight - whether the opportunities won are of greater value than the ones being lost.

Use the filter by tag, by an employee or by the pipeline.

3. How to view Lost by reasons report?

This report illustrates the reasons for losing the deals.

Do you lose to competitors or the price seems too high? or… perhaps you do not fulfil customer requirements. The clearly visible loss reasons will help you to understand why do you fail to close some deals.

Use the filter by tag, by an employee or by the pipeline.
