Leads Trajectory report is a full picture of your leads management process. It shows how many leads were created during the period selected and how many of them was converted to a contact. This report allows you to get insights on where you need to pay more attention- should you think of new ways to generate leads? Or should you put more effort on leads qualification process in order convert leads to a contact and create more deals?

To enable Leads Trajectory report: navigate to Insights module > Leads > Leads trajectory

1.1. What information is displayed in the report?

The columns in the report show the number of leads created (green color) and the number of leads converted (blue color). One column can represent a day, week or month. It depends on the selected date range.

The curves show other lead statuses and how many of them were assigned to a lead. Lead's statuses can be customized according to your business needs. To know more about lead statuses, please read this article: What is a Lead status in Teamgate?

Time frame selection

Lets you choose the desired time frame.

Available time frames:

  • Last 7 days*

  • Last 30 days*

  • Last 90 days*

  • Last 12 month*

  • Custom.**

* - the end of the period is "yesterday", today is not taken in to count;

** - the end of the custom period is "now" (accuracy in seconds), it is not available to choose the future time.

Number of leads created

Number of leads created in the selected time frame.

Filter by tag

Report breakdown by tags.

Filter by user

Report breakdown by user.

List of time intervals

Interval ranges:

  • From 1 day to 15 days - daily intervals;

  • From 16 days to 31 days - monthly intervals;

  • From 1 month to 24 months - monthly intervals;

  • From 25 months - yearly intervals.

Leads created

The report displays leads created if the following conditions are met:

  • The owner of the call is selected in the filter by user (if the filter is not empty);

  • Creation date is within the selected time frame;

Leads converted

The report displays leads converted if the following conditions are met:

  • The owner of the lead is selected in the filter by user (if the filter is not empty);

  • Lead conversion date is within the selected time frame;

New Leads

The report displays new leads if the following conditions are met:

  • The owner of the lead is selected in the filter by user (if the filter is not empty);

  • The status of the leads is "New";

  • The status change date is within the selected time frame.

Custom lead statuses

The report displays leads if the following conditions are met:

  • The owner of the lead is selected in the filter by user (if the filter is not empty);

  • The status of the leads is one of the "custom";

  • The status change date is within the selected time frame.

Unqualified

The report displays unqualified leads if the following conditions are met:

  • The owner of the lead is selected in the filter by user (if the filter is not empty);

  • The status of the leads is one of the "Unqualified";

  • The status change date is within the selected time frame.

Flow

Number of leads created - number of leads converted

Total

Total of all values in the selected time frame.
