Find contacts to whom you haven't spoken for the selected period of time.

To identify the list of the leads, people or companies to whom you haven't spoken - use the "Not contacted within" filtering option. This filter allows you to select the contacts with which you haven't generated any activities (to-do's, calls or meetings) over a specific period of time. This filter does not consider "Notes" and "What's Up" as activities.

For example, you may decide that you want to make calls to all the leads you haven't spoken for 6 months.

To enable the filter, follow these steps: Activate Filter > Select Not Contacted Within > Select Date Range > Press Apply.
